General Notes: This tea CANNOT add genetic mutations, only regular mutations!

Can be used twice to gain a total of three textures on a Willow. The textures must be the same or under the Willow's rarity, otherwise you'll additionally need to use a tea.

Note: You still have to retain the original traits of the Willow. This just allows you to change their looks away from the original.
